Workshops

Will leads music workshops for corporate events and within schools.
He is a regular leader of workshops for Lambeth Music Service and Befordshire Council. He teaches peripatetic drum kit and percussion as well as clarinet, piano and guitar in the Lambeth area. Will works part time with Lambeth Music Service March teaching within many schools in South London including writing and performing with percussion students at Royal Festival Hall Lambeth Schools Concert. He has experience working with children with special emotional needs.
2014 he set up and lead a Samba schools project running throughout the year in Christchurch Primary School Brixton collaborating with Kinetika Bloco. September 2015 he begins a Trash Drumming Club here.
He is has been a tutor on London Philharmonic Orchestra's Animate Orchestra courses and taught acting students at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
Will is works with School Ground Sounds and Raw Material to provide talented young people in Lambeth with access to quality recording facilities and industry contacts.
In Spring 2015 he lead groups of children with the Heath Quartet in Wigmore Hall's Chamber Challenge introducing schools in East London to classical music.
In the summer of 2016 he taught body percussion and rhythm workshops in Bethlehem and Hebron, Palestine, for Amwaj Choir lead by Mathilde Vittu.
Other projects have included collaborating with Evelyne Glennie and York University Gamelan Ensemble in workshops with primary school children, culminating in a performance on BBC Radio 3 during Cheltenham Music Festival.
He has experience giving corporate workshops based around rhythm, song writing and singing. Clients include London Metropolitan University, Arts Media People, Spirax Sarco, Tribal Group and Deloites.
